Michael co-founded Fiber Connect after a rapid rise at AT&T, where he entered through the College Hire program and within a year grew his territory to the highest production volume in the nation as a Regional Business Manager. That performance led him to launch Fiber Connect with his brother James in 2020.Today he sets company-wide strategy across sales, recruitment, contracts, and partner operations, while managing Fiber Connect’s relationships with AT&T, vendors, and subcontractors. He serves on the AT&T Advisory Council, a hand-selected group of top solution providers that helps shape the structure of the Alliance Channel nationally.Central to Fiber Connect’s model is the proprietary lead generation Michael developed to drive the company’s sales volume. The result: five consecutive years of rapid growth, multiple teams across products and segments, and a position as the largest call-center provider in the AT&T Alliance Channel.
